Recipe: Italian Macaroni and Cheese

Italian Macaroni and Cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 cups white sauce
3 quarts water
2 cups macaroni
1/4 cup Cottage cheese
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 tsp. dry English mustard
Heat the water, add salt and bring to a boil. Cook the macaroni and drain. Make a white sauce and thin it with water. Mix the Cheddar cheese, white sauce and the mustard. Mix evenly with the macaroni and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Top with tomato paste, Parmesan and bread crumbs. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
