Recipe: Special Eggs for Four
Today I’m bringing another recipe from The International Cheese Recipe Book. Enjoy!
Special Eggs for Four
1/2 lb Colby cheese, thinly sliced
1 small can of tomato soup
10 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
4 slices of toasted, unbuttered bread
Place the Colby in the top of a double boiler and melt. Add the soup and mix thoroughly. Next, add the sliced egg and crumbled bacon; heat well through. Serve on toast.
