Recipe: Special Swiss Salad

Special Swiss Salad
1/2 lb Baby Swiss cut into thin strips
leaf lettuce Endive
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup French dressing
Wash lettuce and tear into small pieces. Chill for at least an hour.
Marinate the sliced cheese in French dressing for 1 to 2 hours. Drain. Toss the lettuce in a bowl with the carrots and then place the cheese on top. Chill and Serve.
