Recipe: Monterey Jack-Crab Muffins

Monterey Jack-Crab Muffins
4 slices of Monterey Jack cheese
2 English Muffins, separated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can crab meat, flaked
dash of white pepper
Toast the English Muffins. Mix the crab, mayonnaise and pepper together and spread on the English Muffins. Cover each muffin with a slice of Monterey Jack and brown for a few minutes under the broiler.
