Recipe: Cheddar Dogs

Today I’m bringing another recipe from The International Cheese Recipe Book. Enjoy!

Cheddar Dogs

Spread Dijon mustard on two slices of Rye bread. Slice two hot dogs lengthwise, having pre-cooked them in boiling water. Top with diced onions, thinly sliced tomatoes and shredded Cheddar cheese. Place under a hot broiler for 3 to 5 minutes and serve.
