Recipe: Cheese Puffs
Today I’m bringing another recipe from The International Cheese Recipe Book. Enjoy!
1 jar of American sharp Cheese spread
4 oz. softened Cream cheese
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp salt
Mix the water, butter and salt in a saucepan, slowly bringing the mixture to a boil. Add flour. Stir constantly until mixture forms a ball shape, leaving the sides of the pan clear. Remove from the heat, blending in both eggs, one at a time. Beat the mixture until a smooth, even texture is achieved. Stir in both cheeses, blending well. Use a teaspoon to dollop dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown. Serve.
