Recipe: Twice Baked Potatoes

Today I’m bringing another recipe from The International Cheese Recipe Book. Enjoy!

Twice Baked Potatoes

1 cup finely grated Cheddar cheese

4 large potatoes, baked

6 T cream

1 can Deviled ham

1/2 tsp salt

dash of black pepper

1/4 cup melted butter

Cut the baked potatoes in half. Delicately, scoop out the insides, leaving the skins whole. Mix the potatoes with the cheese, egg, deviled ham, and seasonings. Mix in the cream until fluffy. Scoop the mixture back into the skins and bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-17 minutes. Serve.
