Recipe: Quick Cheese Dip

Today I’m bringing another recipe from The International Cheese Recipe Book. Enjoy!

Quick Cheese Dip

3 oz. cream cheese

1/4 lb. crumbled cream cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 diced onion

2 T Pineapple juice

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Into an electric blender, place all the ingredients. Blend at a medium speed until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes and serve.
